Antipathy. Female of notable size prowled through the brush of the forest - It was difficult to move through much else, as flexible and agile as she was. For a canine, one might suspect this creature to be part snake; the tail seemed like a snake all on its own. Anti had been looking for the one they called Vanity. She'd met him once before, but his whereabouts eluded her until now. Having been given this name with one of the richest and most cursed of histories known to wolfkind, it was now her obligation to find someone she knew who could pull it from its ashes and carve a new path as the most feared and respected Alpha female of the most feared and respected pack their world had ever seen. That might have seemed cocky to anyone, until realizing it came from Anti's dual-voices. Finally coming upon the den believed to belong to whom she sought after, she entered with neither expression of dominance or submission. She sniffed the air and said aloud, "Remember me?"
Vanity Forerunner. The cave was filled with nothing but complete darkness Voice and paws could be heard all around the room. No outline even survived in this brutal abyss of nothing but darkness. The sounds of many were engulfing the den in hushed whispers and soft taunts. A soft babbling of a waterfall could be barely depicted out from the the weird voices and sounds of movement. A voice rang out in the cave the darkness started to stur and the voices slowly receded into the walls. The Thundering sound of a massive creature starting to stand filled the room. Two glowing yellow eyes ripped through the darkness as they hovered over her. The feeling of tradgey and dispare started to slowly rise from the ground and float in the air constricting what ever feeling of tranquility and calming nature was inside the den. The darkness slowly started to dissapate as a figure about seven feet and four inches sat on its hunches from four rocks. This wolf was quite large to be a normal wolf. Two curved horn horns carved out of his skull and wrapped around his ears and ended at a point at his lower jaw. "Who are you and why have you come disturbed my peace" his voice was deep but echoed almost as if some one was talking right behind him." The creature moved forward and faced this brave wolf "What brings you to my domain." he was not cirious he was demanding an explination as the shadows stured as his voice lashed out . The whispers started to make noise again and hushed for the brute to hear the wolf.
Antipathy stood, expressionless, as the male...well his eyes, came into view. She was familiar with this male and exactly what he was; fear was not something Anti felt, but something she stirred in others. A smirk perked the corner of her jowls as she said, "Oh, but sweetheart. Surely, you haven't forgotten me." Locking her glowing, slitted red eyes upon his yellows, the lady of demonic quality started to pad in a circle around him. She loved to taunt, but managed to keep it professional, "I have a challenge for you. I know you like a good challenge, do you not? You think you can lift a curse?" She would wait a moment, seeing if she piqued his interest before continuing, "This curse, however, cannot be lifted with any old magic or silliness these other types think they can do. No, no. This curse is far more special, far too deeply engrained within a name: Vanity of Blood. I'm sure you've heard of it? The last alpha handed it right over, no problem. I didn't even have to eat her. But, you see, this is where you come in...if you're interested." She stopped moving only for a moment at his left side, staring with a vicious intrigue, almost like an evil saleswoman.
Vanity Forerunner ed at her and snorted letting out a thick cloud of smog apper infront of him, he wasn't amused that she had a challange for him but he had always heard rumors of this clan and its curse. Now that that she had come forth with this request he looked at her "Me be the alpha of The acurssed clan Vanity of Blood." he said as th darkness shot out of the cave at lightning speed and reapperd with a corpse infront of the fenrir. Looking at the meat he lened down taking a large peice off of it and the darkness dragged it away. "Why have you come looking for me Anti, I was gon for a reason." he stood up on all four almost breaking through the den ceiling. "But The Vanity of blood clan, would only further my reputation." he turned and looked at her as the darkness covered the cave again "Peak my intrest Why I should join you and your accursed clan." he said as the two yellow eyes faded and appered behind her. In his darkness he was the master and he ruled. The cool breeze swept in but the darkness did not budge it held its figure as if it was forced to.
Antipathy hardly seemed phased by how quickly he hunted and returned. He was large - why wouldn't it be simple? It made it easier for her, considering she'd never have to. She sat upon her rump and looked at him directly, double voices reserved and emotionless, "Of course this clan's curse is a vast and horrible one. Which, of course, is what makes it so interesting. You see, I've discovered the secret - the former alphas were soft. They don't have what we have, sweetheart. We have strength, leadership, and above all...we're just so damn pretty." She winked at the male, more taunting on her part. Oh, how cutely evil she could be. She moved in a little closer, almost informally, toward him, "I know this is supposed to be a business proposition on my end, dear, but whaddaya say? You and I could take that curse and shove it down their throats. We could do great things, Vanity. Truly...great...things." She chuckled a bit, "Besides, who wouldn't followed the best of the best?"
Vanity Forerunner's temper started to flare, Turnign quick he simed to knock her back and hold his paw on her if he didn't she would know for sure something stured inside him. "First things first, IF you want me as a mate, kill something strong." he snorted and then turned back to face the wall, "The Vanity of blood will become known for its power and not backing down." he snorted "The pack will be harsh and strong." he said as he moved his way out of the cave breaking the entrance due to his size as the rocks and rubble layed on the ground he looked at her. The darkness engulfed both of them making them just siloetes of wolves. Snorting once more the thick smog started to coat the grass. "Where is the pack." he snorted and started to move as the darkness moved with him. "Lead me to them and The place we call home." He wanted to start on the pack as soon as possible he wasn't going to have the vanity of blood wither and die under him. A dark howl filled the area setting a soft chill of fear across the lands.
Antipathy was pushed slightly, but when his paw nearly came down she twisted away and walked away, making it seem effortless. She chuckled, "Don't get your hopes up yet, sweetheart. I prove my affection to no one, and I'm surely not as easy catch. But I move the stars for no one - they're moved for me." She said it with a deep sternness that had not been brought forth before. The true leader in her was coming to light, even though now Vanity was making demands. She followed him out of the den, quirking a brow under her mask. Cackling at his question, she said, "You're lookin' at it, honey! I told you that I had a challenge for you. You want glory? I gave you an option for it. Now, if it's home you're lookin' for, I have a nice little snowy mountain that's just perfect." She padded ahead of him in the direction of the mountain. She attempted to tease him with her scent by grazing her long tail against his chin if he'd allowed it. He was going to crave her taunting - she would make sure of it.
Vanity Forerunner snorted and moved behind her, Smog left his nostrils and stained the grass black. He was not amused by what she was trying to do, he wasn't swayed by the opposet gender. He has been locked away in the cave and matting didn't sound as good as it would to most wolves. He was out for blood and to make his reputation grow. Looking around as he followed the shorter female up the side of the moutain, He liked the fact that they were secluded away from the normal hussle and bussle. He would bend and use this to his advantage when dealing with new recruits. If he was going to be a leader he had to show that no one will step on him.
Antipathy stalked through the woods, only assuming Vanity would be able to keep up with his new slinky partner. She stepped over and around branches with ease, almost like she was swimming in a river. It wasn't until she reached the portal to get to the floating mountain island that she even looked back in hopes of finding him close behind. She wasn't used to have to lead someone anywhere but into her mouth. Anti had always been a rather solitary creature, but her bloodlust and her craving for dominance would no longer cease. He may have not enjoyed the idea of mating, but hell, neither did she. She just wasn't the type to submit to anyone. If she wasn't seen as an equal, she didn't want him to see her at all. They were business partners, first and foremost.
